WHAT IS HYDROSEEDING?

Hydroseeding is the prcess of mixing seed, fertilizer, and fibermulch with water inside a special tank and then spraying it on the areas of your lawn that are desired.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

The seed germinates faster and has a higher percentage of seed that germinate.
Your grass has a higher survival rate with reduced soil erosion. And with the uniform coverage you have the versatility to get those difficult areas.
Seed can be mixed to tailor to the site depending on the sun exposure or the shading of your lawn.

WHY IS HYDROSEEDING DIFFERENT?

Since seeds require moisture and warmth to germinate, this process gives the seed a "jump start" in the growth cycle.
Mulch retains water longer than straw and acts as a soil stabilizer to retain water and protects seed against wind erosion. It also reduces surface evaporation from the soil which provides an oustanding, germinating medium as it traps moisture around the seed as well as wicks moisture to the seed. This is crucial when grass roots are forming.
Eventually, the mulch becomes part of the soil, and the result is a lush, long-lasting lawn at the most reasonable cost without the negatives of dry seeding or sod.
